  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 5 tbsp water
  • Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Trim the roast of whatsoever loose or excess fat. Flavor all sides with table salt and pepper.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Place the beef roast in the skillet and sear for lx-ninety seconds per side.
